Hi there, thank you for visiting! I’m Lynette, the founder of Early Childhood Consulting (ECC) and a licensed clinical social worker with almost 15 years of experience promoting the well-being of families with newborns, infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
I founded ECC in 2022 to provide high quality clinical services to young children in the familiarity of their home, in the presence of their special caregiver, and in the family’s preferred language.
As a National Trainer, I facilitate a 40-hour training for home visitors and family support specialists using the Parents as Teachers Curriculum across the country.
I am credentialed to work with families through the Illinois Early Intervention system and serve children age 3 and younger all over the state-both in the comfort of their home and via telehealth.
Author of Mommy has Feelings too, I dedicate this book to all mothers who feel guilty about feeling sad, tired, and mad. This book will give you the words to talk to your child in a way that is honest, realistic, caring, and developmentally sensitive about your feelings.
I look forward to talking with you!
